How Do I Place An Order?
All orders can be placed directly online from our website. If you would like to order from one of our physical locations, you are welcome to visit us at our Greenville or Rocky Mount, North Carolina stores. We would love to personally greet, meet and serve you.
What Type of Printing Is Used?
All of D4U apparel t-shirts and custom bulk orders of 12 or more are screen printed. However, vinyl and digital print is used for less quantity single custom orders.
Payment & Shipping
Credit, Debit, Cash and Paypal are accepted payments for online and in-store orders. Checks are not accepted. Shipping takes 5-7 business days for processing.
Refunds & Exchanges
100% or partial refunds are available on orders of extreme damage, defect or unapproved production by the company, which is rare to none. Refunds are not available if customer changes their mind after order has been processed, production has started and/or payment received.
Returns
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept any returns at this time. However, we are willing to give a store credit depending on the nature of a return.
